Do Fat Tails retain sperm?
Galaxy has laid her second clutch of eggs, and i was wondering because I could not find this information: Do Fatties retain sperm the way a crestie can if the male is separated from her? Should I leave BurgerButt in there with her or remove him to give her a break?
Her first clutch was laid on 2/17/09, second was today, 03/06/09. So is it approximately 15 or so days between clutches?
I don't want to wear her out, so any help from someone more experienced with breeding these guys would be very much appreciated, thanks!
She eats great, pounds down gut loaded crickets, mealies and phoenix worms. BurgerButt will only eat crickets. I just want to make sure I'm doing this right with minimal stress on the parents!
