Fat Tail Brumation

My fat Tailed gecko has just started brumation, I have only just found out from a friend that reptiles actually brumate as our fat tail is only 15 months old and didnt brumate last year. I thought there was something wrong with him as he hasnt been eating for the last few days and the reptile centre where we bought him didnt give us any information about brumation. Now I know what it is I can relax that he is doing fine and exactly what is natural to him!!
