Just a quick question, ive just picked up another fat tail, with a broken stripe, seen a similar one on another forum

Is this a genetic thing, or like cornsnakes for instance just down to the individual animal as to the quality of the stripe?

The stripe runs from the head and on the lighter of the bands but not on the darker

Ive never seen a young stripe fat tail so unsure if the stripe develops more with age?

The stripes become bolder with age, so it should be fine as the gecko grows and sheds.
