I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. If you mean, when is she able to breed, it could be as early as 6 months. If you mean, when is she ready to safely breed, I"d say at least 9 months. I'm not sure of the weight. I waited for 50 grams for my AFT female, but they sometimes seem to be lighter for size than leos. If you mean something else, could you provide a little more information.

There can be a difference between when they'll try to breed and when it's safe for them to breed. If you have a 7 year old AFT and you're worried that it is on the small side (like under 45-50 grams) maybe it isn't safe ever to breed it, even though it will try to breed if you let it. Many people (including me) are offering geckos as "pet only" because they haven't grown well and don't seem like good candidates to breed even though they have the physical ability.

Has she been with a male? Fatties haven't figured out how to self-fertilize, that I'm aware of

Oh then they might be. I imagine this is the same for these geckos as it is in leos, if not then someone please correct me.

You should be able to see eggs in their bellies if they have them. You pick one up and gently arch her back a little so her belly is pushed out slightly, and you should be able to see the shapes of two eggs. If they are gravid then you should probably separate them from the male, so he doesn't continue trying to breed while the girls are busy trying to have the eggs and recover afterwards.
