Hello I was wondering is my AFT female going to get bigger?
And what does girth mean? the guy I got her from said she
will get more girth. Whatever that means if someone will tell
me what that means I be a happy person lol.

I'd suggest getting a gram scale to weigh your girl. Its hard to know if she'll get bigger if we don't have a starting point of reference to how big she currently is!
Girth is the circumference of her mid-section, or how "fat" her belly is.
As long as she's eating a variety of healthy gutloaded insects and her temps/caging are good, there should be no worries.
