I would suggest putting the healthy looking one by itself at meal times since it may be dominating the others and preventing them from eating. If the other two don't fatten up after a few weeks of "junk food" (wax worms, pinkies, crickets) get them checked for parasites. Make sure that what ever you do feed them is properly fortified though. My guy won't touch his mealies which are supposed to be better for him, so he gets dusted crickets twice a week, three mealies left in a dish in his tank, and a pinky if he's on a hunger strike and his tail starts to look it. Honestly though I think it's a dominance thing, feed them seperatly and you should see an improvement.
