You won't know for sure whether or not the gecko mated and the eggs are fertile till she lays the eggs and they hatch when incubated. Sometimes you can see the eggs inside the female a few days before she's ready to lay. If you check her abdomen frequently, you'll get to the point where you recognize the differences. Fertile fattie eggs, in my experience, sometimes don't hatch.
