Default Dented Eggs

So when I woke up this morning to find my Tremper had laid one egg in the lay box (unburied) and another in her hot hide cave. Both eggs were dented. I quickly moved the eggs into deli cup with 50/50 vermiculite to water mixture by weight.

Now they are in an incubator at 88 degrees and fluctating between 75-80% humidity. One looks fertile by candling but even after spending the whole day in the incubator they both are still dented.

What should I do? Are the eggs still good? Can they stay dented or can I undo it?

Thanks!

I think you want this in the leopard gecko forum, not the fat tail one. If the humidity in the egg container is high, then there's nothing you can do but wait and see what happens. I had 2 eggs that were dented but have firmed up and look to be good.

Dented eggs usually come to normal after a couple of days, if they were still good when you saw them, I'd recommend to totally burry them in moist vermiculite for 24-48 hours....... if after a week or so they still look dented they probably are bad, one day is still to short of a period to make any conclusions!! Good luck!!
