Default Trouble getting eggs to hatch

My female fat-tail has laid about 5 clutches of eggs. The incubation seems to go well, then at around 45 days, the eggs collapse. I've seen small slits in the eggs as though the babies are trying to push through with their plimping teeth, then nothing happens. I've given the eggs several days, but it becomes obvious they are dead. I'm incubating at about 84. I've had 5 baby leos hatch in the last month and they're doing well, I just want may fat tails to hatch as well. There is one clutch left. Galadriel looks like she may be gravid again, but I'm not sure. She's eating well and is very active so she seems healthy. I just don't want that strain on her body to be for nothing. I've lost a female leo and a female fat tail to them being egg bound, and that sucks because these are my pets. I've been incubating the eggs in perlite with a 1:1 (weight) ratio. Does anyone have any ideas?

My hatch rate with fat tails is much lower than my hatch rate with leos. This season, one female fat tail laid 6 clutches, at least some of which candled fertile but none made it. They didn't get to the point of there being fully formed babies. My second female, a first-timer (paired with a different male) has laid 7 clutches, I think. The first clutch was bad and the next clutch and a half has hatched in 71-74 days! I am incubating at about 83. What temperature are you incubating at? It should be a minimum of 82.5. I'm using the SIM egg container where the eggs are suspended above the substrate, but 2 years ago I hatched them in perlite (1:0. in a hobovator.
