If you keep cleaning out the lay box it shouldn't be a problem. I've had the same situation. Hopefully they'll lay in the box. When they start seeming restless and you can see the eggs in the belly more or less full size, just keep putting her in the lay box, but check often to see if she's laid her eggs and if they're not in the lay box, look around for them. I use only coco fiber for lay boxes for all my gecko species, so I can't comment on any other substance.
