Ok, so for the past 3 weeks ive been keeping my pictus eggs on a 1:1 ratio of vermiculite to water. Now im reading about other hard shelled eggs being incubated on a dry substrate, inside a container with a moist substrate, indirectly giving the eggs humidity. My question is : i moved my eggs onto a dry medium insidea container with a moist medium, is this correct? Thanks in advance.

Sounds good. Hard shelled eggs do best with indirect humidity. There are other posts within the forums dealing with this topic although I can't find them right now.
Good luck and enjoy the babies!

Yep, they should be incubated on a dry surface, in moistair, so to speak.

If they look fine, they shold be fine. :) I'm sure you can succed incubating the eggs in moist vermiculit, but the best is a dry substrate.
