Hey all.

I'm a long-term aquarium keeper planning a move into a full on biotope of a Neotropical forest. It's going to be a large palludarium, with a small water section containing South American fishes, and a land section containing a PDF species.

I know a lot of PDF keepers put small day geckos into their tanks, but this would spoil the tank IMHO, as they come from different sides of the world. After some research, I've discovered the most likely genus to fit my needs (tiny, neotropical) are the Gonatodes and Sphaerodactylus sp.

But I've googled and googled, and I can't seem to find any Gecko breeder who carries these guys. Seems kind of odd considering they're so much closer to the U.S. than the old-world geckos, and so many are tiny and appealing, but maybe I'm the weird one. How do I get my hands on a species (preferably one of the central American ones, as they share habitats with PDFs), and how much should I expect to pay?
