just 2 pictures of one of my Gekko japonicus. Guess not too many people are working with them.

Hi Matthias,

no yet as they are only about 1 year old. But it looks like the group turned out to be 1.2 so breeding shouldn't be a problem ;-).

Unusual species indeed!
Do they live in Japan as their name suggests?What about temps and moisture?

They are known from Japan, China and Korea. It's a common species in Japan, that often can be found on house walls. I keep them warm in the summer and mist them once a day. Summers are warm and humid in Japan, winters are dry and cool.
