Hello.
I understand that tossing crickets in terrarium is better, but they are eating and damaging plants, so is it possible to teach gecko to "use" feeding cup?

Yep!

Since I feed mostly mealworms and superworms I have to use dishes because they will burrow in the substrate. Geckos don't mind eating from dishes. Its easier to tell how much they are eating this way too.

I dont ever feed my tokays out of a cup except for mealworms. It not hard to teach a tokay to eat from a cup, you just put the food in a cup and they will eat from it beacuse that is where they food is at. I Just throw my crickets in the cage and they hunt them down. Actually I do have sort of a "feeding station". It is a plants pot, I thorw the crickets in there and they usually have most of them ate before they even have a chance to jump out. I really dont see the need in using a feeding cup for crickets because they will hunt them down and eat them. I just dont over feed so there isnt any extra crickets running around.
