View Full Version : Golden Gecko: Goldie

Finally Managed to get some pictures of Goldie my first Golden Gecko. I have had her a few years now. But she's real camera shy.

Her tank is 29 Gallon. Yesterday I found her a Tank Mate, looks to be another female.

At Night I light the Tank with Red Bulbs to view my Geckos. The Olympus Fe-230 7.1 Megapixel managed to focus and get some decent pics through the dark and glass. She actually sat awhile to have her pictures taken even with the flash.

i have one female that I handle a little bit, just because she is so calm. My males I cant touch without them freaking out. Nice pics!

i don't handle him much but i try to keep him used to it so that if i ever need to move him into another cage or take him to a vet he will be easier for me to transfer

My female will actually crawl onto my hand and hang out when I carry her around the house.

i can't take mine around the house since i have 4 cats lol but he's more than happy to chill out on my shoulder when my bedroom is cat free. I can't wait until we buy our own house and i get my gecko/reptile room
