I'm sorry, but what is so hard about googling for other ones? Would go a lot faster than waiting for forum answers.

Are you talking about S.P. ? Best is to visit some monitor forums and ask there for people who buyed already from him species which need CITES docs.
I know of one case where a guy from Germany buyed spenceris from him which were confiscated by the authorities here because the papers werent correct. So be carefull !

You need an example from a CITES copy from England, they are not the same in all countries

I don't think you're going to find too many people willing to send you copies of their cities permits. Too much risk involved in having them copied and forged for attempted smuggling and or fraud. I'm certain that nobody here would want to be involved in anything like that. As mentioned above, your best bet is probably to use google to find images of what the cities permits in your country look like. Good luck.
Also, you might want to try cites.org. I'm sure they could verify for you whether the seller has a legitimate permit or not.

You are probably best contacting C.I.T.E.S./DEFFRA in Bristol.I have found them helpful in the past.
As far as I am aware the paperwork differs slightly from country to country. The biggest difference to my knowledge is that they have photos with the German paperwork whereas we are asked to microchip our animals to prove that the animals are what they are supposed to be.

Give CITES a phone call, they have always been very helpful with my enquiries.
