Question advise need for Strophurus williamsi

hi,
i am getting a couple of Strophurus williamsi next week and i have read care sheets but would like some opinions from people who have kept these.
they are only young and will be kept in a 30x30x45 exo terra for now, the decor is made up of various widths and lengths of twigs, branches, bark etc, with paper towel on the bottom. also going to get some grass like plants. my questions in what is the best way to heat and light an enclosure of this size and when would it be ok to put something more natural on the bottom of the enclosure and what should i use.
any advise would be great
thanks

If they are only young possible may need to placed in a small container inside your exo terra otherwise they wont find the insects. I have done this with my strophurus species until they were big enough to run around in the exo terra. I use an exo terra light with a repti glo 5.0 bulb. Heating had a mat underneath and a mat down the side of the enclosure

For hatchlings i keep them in containers as per the pic from hatchlings till i am satisfied they are big enough for an exo terra. I will check out the measurements of this container and let you know. It is a ''decor'' brand with some of the lid cut out and replaced with metal fly screen, just placed in the exo terra for heat and light

thanks Warren, that was really helpful i have click clacks i made one yesterday but put many holes into the lid but i can see it will be useless for spiney tails i will use them for my thick tail hatchlings when they hatch, i will get some new containers tomorrow. I got hold of a 2nd hand exo terra today 45x45x45 ,what kind of lighting do you use do you find it does anything to the lid ,warp the lid due to the heat.

The plastic container is 12 cms long and wide and 14 cms high. Yes a clcik clack is way too big for a hatchie. As isaid above try for ''decor'' brand, get them at coles or woolies. Thats an exo terra light with a repti glo 5.0 bulb. no warping etc from heat it really isnt that hot, the thermometer reads 33.4 but the sensor is in the exo terra and i am allowing for the heat getting into the container
