What are your thoughts on trios? I know that a lot of people keep there geckos individually or in pairs. What do you think of trios (1.2) for Phylurus, Saltuarius, and Strophurus? Is it cage size dependent, or is it more related to the "mood" of the species?

I know that strophurus can be kept in trios, but I'm not sure about the Phyllurus and Saltuarius. It's cage size dependent, even if they don't need that much bigger space if you want to have one more female for example. But I think the reason why a lot of people keep their geckos individually is because its easier to keep track of how much they are eating and make sure they are healthy and doing well.

That is what I expected. I'm interested in keeping them in groups if at all possible, with full knowledge that I will need to keep a close eye on each animal. Does anyone have details on how they are found in the wild? Singular, pairs, trios, larger groups? I don't mind providing large enclosures, actually I kind of like the idea as I have the ability to provide a more realistic environment with more space.
