What to put in the vivarium for her to lay eggs in? If eggs need incubating or not, what to put the eggs in and whatever else may be relevant.
Any help would be appreciated as if she is pregnant I would like to know what I need to do.

I have experience with Oedura monilis and O. castelnaui - both species lay eggs into slightly moist substrate - for example peat or coconut "earth",...at least about 2,5-3 cm (1 inch) thick
it is good to have such substrate in some hiding place, so the female fells safe to lay eggs in there
I think the pregnancy should take no longer than 2 months, my geckos usually laid eggs every 5-6 weeks
