    Kinda' blurry shot of the first laevissimus I hatched (still doing well, too!). I'll be sure to post some more recent pics. This animal, at 4 months old is turning out really nice in pastel shades.

    beautiful guy you got there--one of my fav aussie geckos--just how big are the adults compared to the size of an adult hand?

    That looks like the size of a quarter to me, comparing to the perlite...

    Thanks for all the response. Yeah, they are really freakin' cute. Especially when they get all "huffy-puffy" and mad at you for looking at them. In typical Nephrurus fashion, they slowly raise up and down, all slow-mo. They'll actually lunge at you, too.

    bugman: I just weighed and measured my adult female for you; 11.3 g.
    4 3/8" (total length)

    This is a pretty "empty" weight , as she's being cooled.
