This guy was sold to me as a probable male, so i just want to make sure that it really is....

also, anyone know a good way to put a lot more weight on this fella. It keeps eating and eating, but it doesnt look like its gaining weight

The female is a LOT bigger than him

    the millii is a female
Id say she looks slightly underweight or at least a lot more slender than I think milliis should look (I have kept and bred them in the past).
Judging form the heed size relative to the body size it also looks like she is not fully grownat all.
You say it keeps on eating and eating....that leaves us with severeal possibilities, maybe she simply needs more food than you think she needs, maybe she needs larger food items and/or more of them. Or maybe there is something wrong with her ability to digest her food, caused by for instance parasites.
My first advice would be to try feeding her even more, even if you think she is eating a lot now. You might also want to experiment with food item size. She might be able to take larger food items than you think, making it easier to feed her more. Also you can give her some wax moth larvae to build uop body weight.
If that does not produce results digestion problems is the next hypothesis...

I also think shes underweight, as the other female is huge

As for what i feed, i feed them small crickets....the big ones are too big, so i dont know of any mediums i can find

well, ill try wax worms and feeding her every day and see what happens...if no results in a few weeks, then a vet visit is in order

Awesome Mike, now you just need a male, then you have a nice trio! Nephrurus can eat things about the size of their heads, I wouldn't doubt if she could eat a medium with no problem. My Levis would pound large crickets.
