Here are a few pics I took of one of the larger N.asper hatchlings from this season. She is looking great! 14 grams in this pic.

WOW, very nice! Obviously they are unrelated but the pattern/colors on her back/sides reminds of some shingle back skinks. Now I'm going to have to look it up to see if they share any range. It's always interesting to me when different species develop similar colors/patterns within a given range, natural selection(and other factors) would seem to play a role.
