I got him relatively cheap because he's a retired breeder at the Ripe old age of 2. Could he still make a decent breeder if I decide to get a female in a few months? He'll at least make a nice pet in any case. He has a really docile disposition and likes to lick my fingers when I handle him. He's also very curious about his surroundings, almost like me Beardie. I've been wanting a Thick-Tail (knob tail, or Barking) gecko for a long time. I just went to the show yesterday to pick up some supplies, but couldn't pass him up. I'm torn between naming him Dumbledore or Gandalf.

Also can you get me the name of the breeder? I've been trying to keep my eye out for a knobtail and I would like to get one that won't break the bank! Thanks!

It's Eileen Underwood at Bowling Green State University. She runs the Herpetology Department there. They Breed different species of Lizards, snakes, and turtles to determine the best ways to care for them and Educate people. They sell the babies (and retired breeders) at reptile shows to raise money for the program. I have a four year old Beardie I bought from her as well as a couple of pictus geckos and a veiled chameleon. The animals are really well cared for.
