I don't see an email, even on the contact section of your website.

Tom, I really hope this doesn't come across as overly negative, however, something did concern me as I have read your posts requesting pictures. First, I applaud the idea of making additional information on Nephrurus care available. However, I see a bit of a disconnect in what you are intending to do and what you are asking for.
Specifically, if you are in a position to write about the care of the various species/subspecies why would you need to request photos of the animals from others? If you don't keep the animals where are you getting the information from to detail how they should be cared for?

Hi,
Thank you for your reply and I completely understand your point. I currently keep amyae and when I started writing the page I was just going to focus on them, however I felt mentioning the other species was required, at least in the introduction, and so once I had finished a part of the text for the page I had mentioned the others in passing so frequently I thought it'd be a good idea to cover all of them. I am very aware that their care requirements differ and I do not have experience with the others, however I plan to (and will be getting 2 more species over the coming couple of months) and so through the reading of books, and websites I have researched the care of them, and built up some good general knowledge on their care, and so the article I wrote on my website is built up of how I keep my amyae, and all the key pieces of information about the other species that I've accumulated in my head and in scribbled notes from the reading of other sources. As I said I completely understand your point, but I wanted to have pictures available of all the species on one page to show people the differences between these animals and also hopefully why I, and others, find them so interesting.
Now you've said that I may edit the page, and remove the parts of the text that are not about amyae.
Thanks

I have changed the page, I'm only going to talk about the different species in general, just stating their names and range in the wild. I shall only talk about the care of each species after I have experience with them. I currently have amyae, as I said. But I just placed an order for some levis levis and wheeleri cinctus which I should be getting next month.
Thanks, but pictures no longer required.

I was working on pics of N. levis occidentalis and N. deleani for you, if you still need them. Good luck with your website.

Hi,
If you have them already then i'd love to use them, but if you were going to take them especially for me, then don't worry.
Thanks
Tom
