Default C. Variegatus question

At the moment in europe a lot of people sell all variegatus as just variegatus and a lot of people don't know or mention the subspecies.
I believe the ones I've got are bogerti, but I'm not sure so thats why I'm asking for a second opinion.
This is still a young animal I think 4-5 moths old.

That is Coleonyx brevis (Texas banded gecko)
