Default Mitratus question

I currentley have a nice female mitratus adn I've found another and was thinking of picking her up. Any issues with terratory? Any spare males out there? What size tank should I have a pair or trio in? Thanks

Hey,

No need to worry about territorial bahaviour with mitratus females.

I keep my mitratus in 50x40x35 cm vivariums (1.2 in it). That works fine.

Don't stop trying to get a male...it won't be a problem to get one and mitratus are quite easy to breed and care for. Great animals!!

like martin said you should be fine adding another female. i have a male but in not giving him up. sorry. i really like these guys. good luck!

its weird because its hard for me to get females where i am. and males are the only ones ive seen around here.

localy that is. i can order females online. check kingsnake.com every now and then. some one almost always has some.
