Go online. Google "leopard gecko breeding" and read lots of stuff. Find leopard gecko forums including this one and read everything you can about breeding. Start a word processing document and every time you find something that seems useful, copy and paste it into your document. Go to a reptile show in your area (I know there are some in Chicago), find someone who has only (or mostly) leopard geckos at his/her table and talk to them. Some people may not be that interested in helping because the leopard gecko market is flooded and some people feel that the last thing they need is another "newbie" jumping into breeding. Other people will be happy to mentor you.

Once you've done all that, feel free to come back here and ask questions about any specifics you're not sure about. It's really impossible to provide a reasonable amount of info on a thread like this.

Good luck,

ALiza
