Default TSD (Temperature Sex Determination) Cut Offs for Aeluroscalabotes felinus

Hi,

About four months ago, I found two neonate Cat Geckos (Aeluroscalabotes felinus) in my vivarium with my adult pair. I didn't notice that my female was pregnant (she packs herself tightly into the leaf sheaths of the bromeliads). Both my juvies look male to me, and are much lighter than the parents.

Has anyone successfully hatched females, and what temperature were they incubated at?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave

Many of us (including myself) have hatched females. As far as I know TSD has played no part. There are several older threads where tsd is discussed if you do a search. I hatch mine out at room temperature (low to mid 70's). As for the color of the babies, I've not found it to relate to sex either. I have hatched out very dark red to brown females as well as very light tan females from both Cameron Highlands and Johar locales.

If anyone else has had different experiences, please feel free to chime in.
