I have a question on localities - I think I know what the answer will be - but just want to be sure of the 'community' opinions!

I am aware that you can get both black eye and silver eye geckos which hail from the Johor region. Do people breed Johor-Johor locality animals together regardless of eye colour? Or (as I suspect) is it accepted practice to keep the eye colours as separate lines?

Do we know anything about whether black and silver eyes coexist in the wild in the Johor region, or are they local to distinct pockets? Does this kind of exact locale detail ever get noted by the original importers?

Sorry about all the questions - just curious! Looking to get into these guys soon, so having a dig around!
