Default pics and camera?

Cool pix. What are you using for a camera? I'm thinking about buying a better one. What do you think?
Good luck with eggs & babies.

Default hatchlings

I just recorded the fastest incubation time for my cave geckos. I had 2 hatch at 31 days and it wasnt' the temperature. I accidentally shook the cup they were incubating in and the eggs rolled around a little. I placed them back to the position I thought they were in. They didn't die and instead they hatched at 31 days. Is that unreal or has anyone else had that experience. My last 2 clutches took 70+ days.

Are you sure you didn't not find the eggs for a while? 30 days is really pushing it developmentally. Even at the maximum tempertures.

Default early birth

I know it's pushing it Brian but I am meticulous with my data. They are healthy but visibly smaller than the other hatchlings from earlier. However, they are doing well, eating 2 week crickets. I didn't expect them until about 70 days but it took 31. Could it be that disturbing them was the cause?

Default 31 day incubation geckos

I just had another clutch hatch out at 72 days. However, the ones that hatched out at 31 days are smaller eventhough they are a month older. It makes sense since they were premature when they hatched. However, they are doing great and growing slowly. They are definitely early hatchlings because they are quite small compared to the newly hatched babies.
My female has laid her last eggs without the male. I've had 3 clutches since the male died 4 months ago. But this time, one of the eggs was infertile. I guess she's done with the holdover sperm. Anyone have an extra adult male to trade with 1 year old male. He's related to the mom and I'm not quite sure about breeding him back.
