Default Enclosure size for 4 cresties?

LOG IN TO CLOSE THIS AD

    Hi everyone,
A friend of mine wants to off load 1 or maybe 2 of her cresties to me (both females) but is unable to provide an enclosure to me (not that i would have the space for one anyways) and currently I have a 18"X18"X24" enclosure housing 3 cresties (one male and 2 females) (one of which was her's that she off loaded to me a close year ago). She keeps on insisting that the enclosure size is fine and as much as I want to help her out I feel that its too small to house 4 or 5 cresties... Any advice is appreciated!

I personally feel that is too small. a trio or pair is good in that size.

I would agree - too small for that number. Could you use a large vertical tub for a second pair?

Ya i figured my enclosure was too small to house 4 geckos.... I'm not to sure if I can get a new set up because I'm not sure if i have enough space, I have a housemate right now that is terrified of reptiles so I have to keep my geckos in my room and I only have so much space.... Plus I require heat lamps so I am considered as to if it will melt a plastic tank.

I have 4 female cresties (mother and 3 adult daughters) in an 18x18x36 which I got for a very good price (probably about $70) on craigslist. They have been doing well for the past 9 months or so.
