One of my crested geckos who is usually almost always in his magnet hide halfway up the side of the enclosure was sitting on the bottom a few weeks ago. He's very flighty and hates being held but he let me pick him up. I was pretty worried but noticed he'd been shedding and he was very quickly back to normal. It may just be a behavior blip (and they do sometimes lose weight with egg laying) or could be a sign of a problem. In my opinion the best thing to do is to watch and consider a reptile vet visit if things either don't change or get worse.

Is your crested gecko back to climbing now?
If not, try another warm soak for about 30 minutes. Afterwards, if her toe pads show any stuck shed, gently wipe that toe pad with a dry q-tip."If you can hear crickets, it's still summer." ;)
