Default Feeding Mealworms

How often is it ok to feed crested Gecko Mealworms?

once every other week is what i have read...they are fatty

I feed my crested geckos CGD mainly and I feed them as many worms as it wants every week or so.

Mealworms are crap. If you want to feed insects, choose something with some nutritional value at least, like crickets or roaches.
