I just spray mine's tank with a spray bottle at night, that gets it high enough and then it drops down closer to 60 in the morning and a bit lower during the day. It really depends a lot on the climate where you live, there are times when it is really dry here that I spray the tank in the morning as well.

Yep, it takes trial and error as every setup is a little different and everyone's weather is a little different.

Mine personally all do well with just one big misting at night, but I also live close to the ocean and humidity here stays pretty high most of the year. Other people may need to mist 2 or 3 times a day.

Keep in mind that there are always changes you can make to regulate your humidity- adding/removing live plants, enclosing more of a tank, putting a damp towel over the top, and changing substrates are all just a few things that can make dramatic impacts on the humidity in an enclosure.
