Default Yay Phoenix worms came in!

I just wanted to ask if any of you guys had tried phoenix worms too?

I just got mine in today. I ordered the 150 small. My gecko usually eats cgd sometimes with fruit mixed in every day or every other day, and usually a live feeder once a week which up to this point was small dusted crickets or an occasional wax worm. He is 11 months and seems healthy.

I gave him some of these phoenix worms and he loved them, they are very wiggly.

They weren't too pricy, $10 including shipping and this saves me from also making trips to the store and waiting to get someone help me to get worms.

Phoenix worms are great! I've found some cresties are reluctant to eat "worms" but looks like yours didn't have any problem. I've used tongs to feed with good success over multiple feeding sessions.

I would recommend not mixing fruit into your CGD very often. It can mess up the balance of nutrients in the CGD, unless you are very dedicated to choosing the best fruits and rotating them for maximum nutrition. Over time, a nutritional deficiency can occur that can harm your gecko and make him unhealthy. A fruit treat once or twice a month is fine and I'm sure they appreciate the change of pace!
