eggs not hatching

my crestie eggs seem to cut but never come out and they die before they can make it out. can anyone help. i incubate at about 77 and with 95% humidity???

Humidity sounds pretty high. What hatching medium do you use and what kind of incubator?

Humidity seems high. I have had 100% success at 72 degrees.
