Default Gravid female problem!!!!!

ok so i recentley introduced my adult male and female together(30 days ago) and i can tell that my female is gravid she has 2 bulges on her sides that were not there. and i caught them mating a few weeks ago. but now she is being really lazy, doesnt want to move around that much at all. this is the 2nd day she is like that. i was wondering if this was because she is nearing ready to lay or what? this is my females first breeding season but was the appropriate weight. any help? thanks

It's likely she's getting ready to lay. Do you have a laybox setup for her? She may dig for a couple days before laying.

I've got a female I'm waiting on as well, I've been checking her laybox every day for two weeks. I think she's waiting for me to give up before she's gonna actually lay them... just to spite me. LOL

Females usually lay 4-6 weeks after mating. If she's a first year breeder, it'll generally take her a bit longer. It's pretty common for females to dig for a few days maybe a week or more before they lay. As long as you have a lay box, and the male isn't harassing her too much, and she is still eating/pooping, she's probably fine. Just gotta wait it out.
