Question Feeding your Hatchling Phelsuma?

So I was wondering how everyone does it ? My new little one doesn't seem to want to eat from the dish... So i'll give him a little off my finger each day till he doesn't want anymore.

I have also put crickets in with him, but i haven't seen him try to go after one.

Am i feeding to early? he's shed and is very active, pooping as well... Well i've noticed two poops since he hatched friday.

Any Advice?

I put baby food on leafs close to the top of the tank. hatchlings can sometime be shy and not want to go to the floor. Also fruit flys have a tendency to go upwards too.

I do this as well for my hatchlings. I start feeding a couple days after they hatch and never see them eat. Usually I will notice full bellies on days I fed baby food. Fruit flies galore too! I just got a bag of the Repashy Day Gecko Diet and am trying it out. I saw 2 of my adults eating it quickly but as far as the babies I don't know if they like it as much yet.

My guy always looks to have a full belly, but the baby food i have put out he hasn't touched.... There are a few small crickets in there, but don't know if that's what he was eating!? I fed him off my finger yesterday, don't know if that was enough to give him a full belly tho
