Very nice, Ive seen a lot of your pics around the site of you holding you hatchlings, how do you get them to go in your hand??

9 times out of 10 the geckos I am holding are hatchlings-fresh out of the egg. I incubate them in a square food storage container, which is inside a homemade incubator. It is dark in there so they may be more confused than anything when I move them. As far as getting them into my hand I just put one hand on the edge of the container and use the other to gently push or chase them out. Once they are on my hand they will usually sit still as long as I don't move much. Cell phone comes in handy for pictures
If I tried this with one of my babies that had been out for a month or two (of the egg) I end up doing a LOT more chasing. I think I've only had one picture on here of me holding an older baby. One big thing that might help is that I use bamboo. I usually have one or 2 pieces inside the baby enclosures. They love to sit on it and it is easy to remove so I can typically get the baby out while it is sitting on the bamboo. Then chasing it onto my hand is much much much easier!
