Repashy MRP contains 4% SuperPig, a fairly small amount indeed. I imagine it was formulated that way so that the color enhancers would not affect the taste- I can't imagine algae, spices, and marigolds would taste all that pleasant to a gecko in large quantities. MRP certainly smells different when you add even a small amount of SuperPig. I've tried adding a very small amount to my Day Gecko and Crested Gecko MRP, and the geckos either won't touch it or will eat very little. You can also use the SuperPig to dust feeder insects, or add it to your insect gutload product.
Be careful not to be too overzealous with SuperPig as it contains Vitamin A- overuse of any supplement rich in Vitamin A can eventually lead to hypervitaminosis A. As a fat-soluble vitamin, Vitamin A is stored and processed in the liver, and excessive amounts can cause liver damage and a host of other problems.
That being said, when used in moderation SuperPig works very well for the Phelsuma that we work with (as well as our other gecko species). It mainly enhances reds, oranges, and yellows, but the Spirulina should help with greens and blues (at least marginally). In Phelsuma, proper UV light levels, enclosure temperatures, and a sufficiently varied diet are also important factors in color intensity. Stress levels will also have a noticeable effect on Phelsuma.
