Default P. klemmeri and hibisicus

I'm planning to get a pair of P. klemmeri and was wondering if hibiscus would be ok in their tank? I was hoping, seeing as I believe they're nectar eaters, that it could be a constantly available (when the plant is flowering anyway) food source, but was wondering if it's safe for them to eat that species.

should work out perfectly, just good luck getting the hibiscus to bloom indoors and stay small enough for the vivarium.

Yeah IDK of any dwarf hibiscus, and they LOVE sun, so please pass it on if you find a variety that does well for you!

I was thinking about this some more, and think that it might work if someone had an indoor greenhouse and a few small potted plants to rotate in and out of a viv every week or so. I don't think I'd try it with outdoor plants due to pest/pesticide risks.

Would be work and probably an invitation for escaped geckos, too lol

When I was a kid I had hibiscus in with my Bearded Dragon, I had to rotate 3 plants in and out of the tank to keep him from stripping off all the leaves and killing it but by rotating them it worked quite well and the plants even bloomed now and then (much to my beardies delight). That's why I thought this might work, although airflow might be an issue because the tank will be much smaller.
