Default Phelsumas & Vitamin D3

Hello fellow Phelsuma keepers. I was just curious on how you all manage and administrate calcium/vitamin D3. I am by no means an expert but it seems to me the amount varies between care sheet which can be very confusing. This may or or may not be a popular idea, but perhaps if we can create a database of collected information we can notice trends in what works and what does not work for experienced keepers. I would like to keep this strictly to the Phelsuma ssp. Feel free to contribute below your experiences! There are many variables to take into count with Phelsuma well-being that could of course influence these methods. But I feel the information would be nice to have and perhaps interesting to see the results.

What Phelsuma species are you currently working with?:

What brand(s) calcium/d3 do you use?:

How often do you supplement with the above?:

How long have you been using this method?:

What type of lighting do you use?:

Have you ever experienced any signs of D3 overdose and/or MBD (Metabolic Bones Disease)?:
