Exo terra Sunray bracket falling off
LOG IN TO CLOSE THIS AD
I have an exoterra sunray on my little guys tank, as the title of this thread may suggest, I’m having a few issues with it falling off. It’s less than a year old, we followed all the instructions when fixing it to the glass but it keeps coming unstuck and tipping forwards on to the mesh. We tried hot glue gun and it’s just done it again tonight. Has anyone come across this before and come up with any clever ways of sorting it?

Hello ~
Have you tried contacting the store you purchased it from or the company itself? The Exo Terra Sunray should be warrantied. What you describe could present a fire hazard!
Is this picture the same as your Exo Terra Sunray?

Yeah that’s the one. I’ll hunt out my order details and contact them.
