depending on where you are in the states has a lot to do with the exoterras safe arrival for shipping. i have the largest exoterra terrarium and i ordered it over the mail and it was destroyed twice, so the smaller it is the better the chance for safe arrival. try the reptile king, as travis is a great guy who strives to meet the customers needs. i finally got my terrarium at lllreptile in san diego california. shipping will be expensive and youll probably have to have it air mailed to receive it in one piece. that can cost just as much as the terrarium. best bet is to track one down and drive to a neighboring city to pick it up

I just ordered a 24x18x24 exo terra off one of ebay's stores called mel-co. I hope it doesnt get messed up, i think it was ground shipping seeing as it said it would arrive between the 9th and 16th.

not to sound negative surfer, but ive dealt with them before, take a look at their customer reviews, and youll see that if it wasnt for the large volume of orders they have regularly their score would be awfully low. i hope it goes well for you;better than they did for me. they do have great prices and a large selection of exoterra products, but just because they messed up on my order, doesnt mean they will on yours. ground shipping tends to break pretty easy, call up melco and see if they can crate it before they ship. you might pay extra, maybe alot extra, but its worth it. be cautious, im just trying to save you some trouble, ups and fedex just throw around their cargo, they really dont care if the box has fragile written all over it. sorry to sound this way, but again im just looking out for you, by the way what are you looking to house in this terrarium?i have three leaf tailed geckos;uroplatus phantasticus
