Talking custom tokay viv

heres my custom viv me and my other half have built , its just under 4"x2"x2" , just waiting for light guards and a digital hydrometer from ebay .



what you guys think ?

Very nice but, a bit of advice, I would add a lot more vertical hides. Tokay very rarely ever hide on the ground unless it's the only place to go. I would add either some pvc tubes or some nice bamboo tubes. Here's a link to a post that made on how to make some quick easy pvc tubes that blend in well in a naturalistic setting: DIY - quick, easy PVC tubes...
You can also use big pieces of cork bark leaning against the wall or big pieces of slate tile leaning against the wall.
Out of curiosity, what is that background made of. It's hard to tell as the pic is kind of blurry.

thanks riverside, got my eye on 1 kg box of cork bark on ebay , the background is off ebay to , its just a pic of bark . yer woz taken on my phone

I just left my pvc tube white. It does look nice all painted up. I just figured most places that i go i see random sewer pipes in the middle of the forest. Granted ive never been to an actual forest like the amazon. I will probably end up painting mine in the future. But for know sewage and drainage only on the side of it is funny to me, and my tokay seems to like it just the way it is. I dont think ive seen her as light as she is now.
