Default How to offer Springtails?

I have a very active culture of springtail which I plan to use to feed hatchling l. Williamsi. My problem is, how do I offer them to the hatchlings. Other than just pouring the water from the culture with them in it onto the soil, I have no other way. Is there anything else I can do to feed them?

Do they live in the water? Could you put something on top of the substrate they can crawl on so you can shake them off right into your container with the caclium powder.

I culture on peat plates, you can then simply tap food into a dish for feeding.
