Default Breeding mealworms question

Hello,
Anyone have experience breeding mealworms? My question is how log does it take for the new baby worms to get big enough to feed to your leo? I spotted my first worm babies over a month ago and they are still tiny!

It takes a long time. If I remember between 3-6 months if not longer.
