Default Worms (or larvae) inside the roach colony- ???

Hi,

I've just realised that I have a lot of these little (1cm or 0,4 inch) worms inside my roach colony. It seems that they get inside the tub of the colony with one of my purchase and I do not know anything about them.
/Please note that sometimes there are some fruit flies inside (it's hard to get rid of them) and sometimes I saw little black bugs aswell (rarely 1-1)/

Has anyone ever see worms like these?
Are they Ok the keep them there or maybe are they Ok to feed with my smaller geckos?
