There are too many variables to take in consideration. What insects are being fed, gutload and calcium product being used, age, body condition. I try my best to balance all insects and use supplements sparingly. You have to use your best judgement according to what your feeding. It's best to vary as many insects as possible and feed more of the healthier insects for ex: roaches, crickets, phoenix worms, silkworms, hornworms. Less of the fattier insects ex: mealworms, superworms.
