Default Pilbara ranges

A colleague and i recently got back from a Herping trip through the Pilbara Ranges. We were hoping for 13 days in the pilbara, one week in the ranges and one in the sandy coastal areas just north of Port Headland. Two very different and exciting areas of the Pilbara! Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and four days into the first leg of the trip, "the ranges" we were hit by the first cyclone of the season and reluctantly headed back to Perth. The geckos were a stand out on this trip and not just because they are my favourite group of reptiles, they were also the most abundant. Heres a few pics!
